I appreciate you choosing me as your provider. I recognize that available appointment times are often limited, and I value both your time and mine. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment takes away from both provider and other potential clients. Clients are responsible for keeping track of their appointment times and any reminders are a courtesy. Failure to show up for your appointment or cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a $75 charge for first time incidents and full charge of the missed appointment thereafter. Cancellation fees must be paid before or at the next time of service.
